There is exactly one way onto this list today, and it is in the game: find a Warrant in The Descent. About one run in a hundred turns one up in a deep chest, and every Null standing on a way out is carrying one a twentieth of the time. Pick it up, sign once, and the wallet is on. Partner collections will earn a spot too — none are announced, so nobody is waiting on one.

Register whether you hold anything or not. You're in line for these plus every ghost the guaranteed lot never come back for, so nobody knows the real number until phase one shuts.
Your wallet signs a short message instead of you typing an address. That is what keeps the list to wallets somebody actually controls — a typed box can be filled in by a script a thousand times a second. Signing is free, it is not a transaction, and it grants no permissions. Add your X handle if you want the follow to count toward a spot check.
A Warrant is an object lying on a floor past the sixth, not a raffle. Whoever opens that chest signs once on the spot and the wallet goes on the list — that part happens in the game, so there is nothing to submit here.
Straight answer on the follow: nothing on chain knows your X handle, so we can't check it from a wallet address. That's what the form below is for — we read the post, check the wallet holds a partner collection, and put you on the list by hand.
